Instructions

  1. Boil any type of pasta (our fav is Goodles Loopdy Loos) according to package instructions.

  2. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water and drain pasta

  3. Add frae Green Goddess Dip to the pot of noodles with a splash of pasta water. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  4. Finish
    Stir in parmesan, a squeeze of lemon, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Enjoy!
    Top with your favorite add-ins (our favs are broccolini and Amylu chicken sausage).

Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 3–4 tbsp frae Hot Honey Buffalo Dip

  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken and frae Hot Honey Buffalo Dip.

  1. Combine add ins, celery and green onions.

  2. Add seasonings, a squeeze of lemon and cracked black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Enjoy in lettuce cups, on toasted bread, in a wrap, or with crackers and veggies.
